Emergency Room

Emergency rooms are designed to treat urgent and life-threatening conditions and aren’t the place for routine care or minor ailments. If you feel you are dealing with a health emergency, call 911 or go to the emergency room right away.

  • Heart attack; chest pain with severe pressure, dizziness, shortness of breath, sweating, nausea or vomiting. 
  • Stroke; dizziness, numbness, or paralysis.  Difficulty seeing or speaking, or loss of consciousness.
  • Difficulty breathing 
  • Sudden loss of vision
  • Seizure
  • Severe abdominal pain 
  • Febrile seizure 
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Head trauma
  • Gunshot wound
